MY APPROACH TO FITNESS
I believe that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, my diverse athletic background includes HIIT training, track and field, crossfit, basketball, soccer, football and many other sports. I use this experience to provide personalized training programs for trainees of all skill sets and abilities. My goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals and feel confident in your own skin.
